Term and Condition:

1. Promo valid from 27 Mei  to 30 June 2013
2. Promo valid for any purchase of DELL product with pre-installed Windows 8
3. Promo is not valid for any DELL employees and Partners including their families, team member and sales forces
4. User could win one of the following prize: Motorcycle prize, Gadget (Nokia Lumia 820) , Dell XPS 12, Dell Monitor 22”
5. User have to attached copy of their ID Card with the warranty card for the balloting as witness by Social Department and other parties who obliged to witness the process, to verify the winner
6. Prize is not cash-able or transferred to other person
7. Customer who are not sending their warranty card with copy ID will not be entitled for prize balloting
8. Customer could leave or return the warranty card along with copy ID enclosed to the store where they do the purchase
9. Agency from Dell will collect the submitted warranty card with copy ID from all participating stores and send it to Agency that handle the promotion program
10. City Manager will be responsible to further socialize the program to all participated reseller
11. Winners will be announced on the Dell Indonesia website, Dell Indonesia facebook, and Dell Indonesia twitter
12. Winners will also be contacted directly by Dell Indonesia as a formal notification of winning the prizes
13. The promo is free of charge, but taxes are borne by the winners
14. Judges decision is final and not to be contesteted.
